| Recent Review: | | To start, the managment is horrible. They forget that they are there to serve you, not jerk you around. They constantly raise rent for no reason. Also, they do not offer 2 parking spots for two bedroom apartments.A tree fell behind my apartment, and threatened to hit our building. I called the managment and they claimed to not own that section of property. The city states otherwise, and the tree is still waiting to fall on our complex, held only by a single branch on an adjacent tree.They charged us $50 for every little hole left from hanging pictures, and charged us for carpeting they never even replaced. Children run in the streets while their welfare loving mothers are sitting on the couch.It took over thirteen months to stop a major drug operation, and the managment was not a help. Tenants contacted the managers - who referred us to the police department. They did not assist in any way to get these criminals out. Large animals are not allowed, yet rotweilers, pits, and other viscious animals are a regular sight in the complex.There is NO guest parking, and I have had three cars towed from my assigned parking spot without any phone call or anything!!!NEVER LIVE HERE! |
