| Recent Review: | | I am sorry that I signed a years lease with Providence. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor (three floors),I live alone and am not even home much but when I am I have alot of trouble with the soundproofing? I can hear every footstep the man upstairs makes, he goes to bed about midnight and talks for at least an hour to his wife or someone on the phone...the rest of the evening he snores, I can hear it all night...you can always hear disposal, closing of doors and such things, this is pretty normal....but I hear everything even with my TV on...My 5 year old grandaughter always looks up at the ceiling and asks what are they doing Grama?? I was out at the mailbox one day alnd heard one renter telling another that she asked her upstairs neighbor if someone was robbing her each night? They also require that you have renters insurance before moving in..(probably saves them ??) Also I am billed $44.00 each month for water and sewer, my son lives in a 2 bedroom apartment down the block and pays much less and pays every 60 days...A friend lives nearby and says she pays $24.00 for wanter and sewer every 2 months..... |

| Recent Review: | | This place is horrible.Managers are very rude. Little kids everywhere with no supervision.Stuff needing repair all the time.Managers are two-faced and discrimnative.Never any parking anywhere.Just a horrible place to live, can't wait til the lease is up.A box would be better than this. |
