						Recent Review: I lived at Harbour Village for one summer and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quality, affordable apartment. The managers and staff all live on-site and are extremely friendly and helpful. They know everyone by name and are always more than willing to assist the residents. Parking spaces are mostly all assigned, with one spot per licensed driver. My only complaint would be that there was not enough visitor parking. The area (Harbour Pointe) is beautiful, definitely an up-scale area. I had to move out because my summer job ended and it was time to return to school - but I hope to return again soon.

						Recent Review: The place isn't well insulated or the maintenance isn't kept upbecause you constantly hear front doors or cuboardsdoorsslaming. Management tends to not no what to do or how to resolve noisey neighbors.
