| Recent Review: | | Not only was this place filthy before moving in, but the managers are rude, dishonest and greedy. Don't expect a cent back from the insanely high deposit requirements because you will be charged for everything from a crumb left on the kitchen floor to whatever stains and holes were there before you arrived...regardless of how much time you spend scrubbing every inch of the tiny rooms. They claim it costs MORE than the deposit you paid to clean the place when you leave, yet when you move in it looks as though it hasn't been cleaned in years....so you know they screwed the last tenant as well.Aparently this happens to all renters I've spoken to who have lived here as well.I also discovered (and was lied to when moving in) that the neighborhood is a high crime area as well with several registered sex offenders living within blocks of the complex. Don't be fooled by the fairly decent rent and how pleasant the managers seem, they will lie to you and screw you over when they kick you out the door...no matter if you pay your rent EVERY month and on time if not EARLY. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived in many apartment communities but have never received service as I do at Courtside. They know how to take care of their tenants. I have a Beautiful home at a Great Price. I only pay $795 for a three bedroom apartment!!! They have resident parties, minthly newsletters, coffee and cookies at the office. The manager rocks and maintenace is pleasant to deal with and quick to respond to my request. This truly is an AWESOME A+++ Apartment Community!!! |

| Recent Review: | | Not much nice to say. Good location, although one large apartment complex in a sea of many large apartment complexes. Good parking. No other amenties other than laundry. Landscaping is about all else there is and it's not maintained.The buidlings not being well maintained. Don't call the managers, they hate that. Don't move out they hate that too. Well, you won't be getting all your money back no matter how clean it is. And once you move out they don't EVER want to hear from you again. They got your money, that's all they care. Can't get ahold of the reality company that owns it because they also ignore their mail. Which, is difficult to find their address anyway if you because, again state regulations, it is not posted on the complex property. They don't follow many of them anyway, but the managers will argue their son is a lawyer - maybe an ambulance chaser. Don't know how this makes them qualified.My expirience here taught me never again to live in a managed comlex that is owned by some reality group. |

| Recent Review: | | Lots of character, very unique layout in a beautiful area of Olympia.Close to downtown but still isolated, this west side apt complex is nestled in the woods near Hwy 101.Management seems to change frequently but the three managers I had were all friendly and competant and maintenance was always taken care of promptly.Price is also very attractive for what you get.If you?re looking for something new and sterile-ish, this may not be the place for you.But if you?re looking for a good, spacious apartment for under $600 in a great part of town, look into this! |
