| Recent Review: | | The apartment manager is not at all friendly, and only interested in making money.She won't have any problems with you, unless you tell her there is a problem with your apartment and make her job a little harder.Don't even bother to ask for anything to be fixed (such as cupboards falling off the walls, sinks that no longer work, no hot water, dishwashers that are not attached to the counter so they are always falling).Even if you do actually talk to the manager about it, chances are she will "forget" to tell maintenance about the situation, and he will never even know to come fix it.If you do get it fixed, you will definately be put on her list as a problem tenant, and the manager will make the rest of your stay there as difficult and uncomfortable as possible.If she has a list and knows you only mean to be there temporarily, she will persistently ask you when you are going to move, and lets you know that it won't be a problem.That is, until you are ready to move, then you are going to be subject to fines for breaking your lease, and even 30 days notice isn't enough notice for her!It is better than living on the streets or in a shelter, but not much!Oh yeah, and keep your lights on as much as possible so the cockroaches stay away from your apartment. |
