						Recent Review: Parking is assigned by number.Management is very approachable.If something needs fixing or improving all that is necessary is a phone call and it will be fixed quickly.Reasonable rent rates, and relatively close to campus and bus lines.Only bad thing -- monster hill to walk up to get to campus.(5 walk max).

						Recent Review: Though the aparments are new and the walls look nice, the anemities leave much to be desired.The refigerator is of very low quality and isn't large enough for food for two people for two weeks.The same with microwave; its small, subpar.The range needed repairs before the single large burner was serviceable.The toilet is of unreliable quality and contents are rarely completely flushed the first time.The apartment is advertised as having free broadband internet.It's not broadband.It's sit-and-wait-20-or-30-seconds-to-load-my-pageband.The connection is s supposed to be 256kbit dsl which translates to about 32k download MAX.But you'll never see this kind of speed.Between 5 and 10k per second is normal with FREQUENT outages ranging 5 minutes to half a day.I can't get onto my bank's webpage EVER because of the unpreditctable service.First Step Internet is the WORST provider in Pullman and I'm not the only one to say so.So don't rent this apartment just because it's advertised as having DSL service.It's NOT a perk.My roommate and I would be HAPPY to pay $40/mo for service here over the avaliable free service but it's not available.
