| Recent Review: | | JULY 2004For an apartment to look so good ( Landscaping) this complex really is a sleeper in BAD!Cars broken into, No Security!Pool shut down by Health Department .. JULY 2004Noisy due to construction and other huge trucks allowed to park on internal streets. Speeding without any penalty nor mention. One maintenace man to do work of 3. Office rarely answers phone, so if locked out of garage or apt. you are in trouble as no one on site to help after 6pm.NOISE, SECURITY, TRAFFIC, LOUD POOL PARTIES, HUGE PARKING PROBLEM ... may have to park 1 1/2 block away and carry groceries up stairs.RENT is Very HIGH .... SO are MOVE-OUTS. OWNERS are pathetic and only after exorbitant profits |

I expeirienced a ton of attitude half truths and an almost purposeful will to try and ruin relations between us.Once I signed that lease I soon learned I had made a mistake trusting any body in the office. period.OHNESTLY. |

| Recent Review: | | this seems to be a drug hide out, partying all hours of the night! and cars that dont run. this is not a place for kids or older folks. theres people sleeping in there cars, and drug deals every day. i have not got a good night sleep sence i'v moved in. try to break my lease to get out of here, they wont let me leave..nothing gets done here, these apartment are the worst i'vlived in. |

| Recent Review: | | Thats right my friends, they suck you in and suck you dry!!!! Here's how it works.You are drawn in by the really good prices for rent.You meet the manager and she is more than cheery.Who could pass up the move in special?Not I.So what, you sacrafice having a washer and dryer in your home but how bad can it be?Really bad.You will need money to move here.First, you will need to decide if you want the old or new apartment.If you don't care about white cabinets you'll go for the old ones.Expect this: Your dishwasher is older than dirt.And very small.Good luck getting your dishes clean.There are no running boards to separate your walls from the carpet, so expect paint on your hideous blue/grey carpet.Then when you settle in, you realize there is no room for anything in your bathroom.You will need to invest in something to put your things in. One for the shower and one for the room itself.Then, you wil need to do some laundry, but it's not really a total cost of a buck to wash and dry.Its about $1.50 because the dryers suck!Not to mention if you drop any of your clean wet clothes on the gross floor, you'll need to re-wash them.But what do I have to complain about?Oh yeah,It takes about one week to fix a maintnance problem, not because it takes that long for them to get to your home, because they don't get it fixed the first four times.If that's not enough to get you angry, all of a sudden you have another problem as soon as they leave.Did you but hicking shoes and an umbrella?Well, you'll need it when hicking to your house from the spot you parked in way far away.Let's hope no one breaks into your car.Did you know there are more apartments than parking spaces?Oops, did I say that?So really, unless you don't mind not parking on the property some times, then you'll need to pay for a covered spot... if there are any.You could always ask the billy-joe- deansto move their junk cars, because the staff won't.So, if you want to get sucked dry and live through hell, here is your future home! |

| Recent Review: | | I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live-the landscaping is gorgeous-it looks like you're in the country.They love animals here.The deposits are cheap for both the apt and for the animals.I'ts a quiet place to live with no parting going on and no drug dealing going on.It's not perfect, but it's the safest place I've ever lived.The management team and staff are all wonderful.They have an open door policy for all tenants.I love it here.My animals love it here.I plan on staying for a long time. |
