Recent Review:There isn't enough parking you will find yourself walking quite a bit.The management will screw you when you move out charging you for basic wear and tear(hint get everything fixed by maintanance before you move out).Get ready for loud drunk people who think they need to be outside for hours while you are trying to sleep. It gets too hot during the summer to close the window.

Recent Review:When you move in, things look rosy. When you move out, you get shafted. I know of tenants who were charged up to 1480$ for cleaning and such. There is talk going on about a class action lawsuit again the property. If you work for Microsoft, look at the old mails in "MS Social Group" or ask someone who has them to forward them to you. You will be shocked at what you read.NOT RECOMMENDED

Recent Review:I checked this site prior to moving in and thought, most of the bad revues probably came for disgruntled tennants. Perhaps they were not in good standing with the mgmt or something. I decided to move in much to my ever growing dismay. Sure, they look nice, but the noise from the thoroughfare on E Lk Sammamish is brutal. It's hard to keep your windows open to get sleep, well...you can't with all the traffic. When I moved in the gal that rented the apt to me lied and told me I was getting a good deal from the office,I would have a view...when in fact, I was looking over the road towards Marymoor. My balcony has 4 dryer vents from other apts, so to get fresh air, I have to enhale their scented dryer sheets. I have had to continuously complain about something or another. Yes, mgmt is quick to respond, but that's since it's changed hands. For the money we pay to live here, it's pretty lousy. The way these were built are shoddy if you look close enough. Lots of fru fru, but very little, true convienences. It's hot as can this time of year, and the mgmt says no to airconditioning units in the windows. They have appearances to keep up, I guess. I will be out of here as soon as my lease is up! I guess I could change apartments, take the time and money to move to one of their others, but it's noisy on the other side as well. In fact, there is no real prime apartment spot here. The building of this community was very poorly planned. Extrememly poor planning. I'm just waiting for the winter months so I can close my windows and look forward to moving in the Spring.I would not recommend this complex to anyone!

Recent Review:Absolutely dreadful apartment to live in! Only has been 4 months and already moving out! Price of apartment is fair, but other locations around the area will have better living quarters at same price! Management is terrible and ridiculous when it comes to helping and assisting tenant needs. Building structure is awful, drainage issues with the gutter, and no one to help the cause. Wood rots on side of the building, again, management refuses to assist. Would not recommend any friends or family to live here nor would I recommend any of my enemies to live here. Just absolutley horrible apartment due to bad service and bad dwelling environment.

6. Sixty 01

Recent Review:Sixty 01 is an excellent community for singles and families.Managers are responsive, thorough (I ALWAYS got called back immediately if there was a problem), and readily available.A few things broke or were worn out in my unit, but every problem was taken care of within a day or two with no hassles (and the mantainence guy is friendly and professional). The complex is old (built in 1972) but grounds and buildings are well-kept and interiors are clean and modern.Security is always seen patrolling the grounds and the gated entry is a real bonus. There was one incident involving the police while I've been living here, but it was an isolated domestic dispute and the parties responsible were out (evicted?) within a week. This is definately a safe place to raise a family and you don't even have to leave the grounds to get a great meal at the clubhouse restaurant, a cocktail at the Lounge, or play in the park-like grounds.Worth every penny!

Recent Review:I am only half way through with my lease and I am counting down the days until I am able to leave this place.I moved in here very quickly and didn't look around very well before signing a lease. The model apartment was all that I was able to look at when I gave them my deposit.Within my first month, I was already regretting moving there. There is mold everywhere!!As you walk through the community, you can see it growing on all of the decks and stairs as well as in the bathroom and under both bathroom and kitchen sinks. They do keep the entrance of the property and the apartments by the leasing office looking a lot nicer. The seperate workout facitlity is horrible. It consists of a badly rusted and harldy functional weight machine along with 2 steppers which neither work. There are also 2 bikes that you can pedal, but the computer part where you select the programs is not working on either of them. When I had a piping problem in my bathroom, they came out and did a real lazy cover up job.I had to call it to their attention again and request not a quick fix, but a solution. It was handled like I was asking way too much of them.It was ridiculous. There is very little insulation between the neighbors next door and the neighbors above/below.I have a neighbor that rises at a very early hour for work, and I am awoken each morning along with their alarm clock and I can hear everything that they do.Since I kind of keep to myself there, I don't really know much about the Security there.I myself have never had any problems. There have been a few times when I come home with a car full of groceries and a baby to carry in while it is raining to find someone else is parked in my spot. When I talked to the office, they want me to come over there and pick up a note to leave on the car in my spot. When I moved in, they stressed the point that if I had any problems with people in my parking spot it would be taken care of immediately. That really upset me.During the day the guest parking seems to be fairly open, but at night it is very difficult to find a spot since there are so many dead cars that just sit parked there that do not even work anymore.Everyday I go past a car that is broken down. There was once a sitcker put on the window advising them if it wasn't moved, it would be towed. But yet, it still sits there. The grounds are upkept pretty nice.I don't have any complaint in that department.I would never recommed this place to anyone!
