| Recent Review: | | This review should serve as a warning to unsuspecting renters who might be charmed by Boulder Creek's apparent serenity and charm.The management is duplicitous, the prices are exhorbitant, the property maintenance is horrendous, the walls are extremely thin, and there is garbage piled all around the premises. It is common practice for the property management to pick up garbage 3 days a week from piles located throughout the public areas!That's right more than 3 days a week there are huge piles of disgusting garbage in plain view and smell of all.The management is incredibly unfriendly, unnacommodating, and fails to honor verbal commitments.I can't stress this enough, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, they lied to us with relative impunity and will quite probably lie to you to get you to rent from them. |
