Recent Review:This was my favorite place to live in Seattle.Close to downtown Fremont but far enough away for it to be relatively quiet, except for it being close to Aurora on a busy intersection. There are hookers that live across the street in the hotel but are generally unnoticeable and harmless.Rent is very cheap for area (or at least it used to be!).Parking garage underneath and plenty on the street.SUPERB mgmt, they even installed "environmentally friendly/water conserving" toilets while we where there!Good size place for the $$.I only moved out because roommate was a psycho!;)

Recent Review:Contrary to the last review written by the manager, this was the worst place I have ever lived. The apartment was dirty when I moved in.The manager smoked marijuana, smelling up the hallway.Trying to contact the owner was pointless.I never received any response. On moving out, my deposit was held, due to needing 9 hours of cleaning). We had scrubbed the place spotless, took pictures, and asked for a walk through which we never received. We again tried to contact the owner. This time his response was a letter indicating that we got a portion of the deposit back as he was being nice, and if we tried to converse any further he would sue us.If you are interested in this place, please take the time to sit and talk with the managers. You will quickly see the level of competence the manager has.

Recent Review:The manager is very rude and does not get things done in a timely manner. The rent that you pay is definately not worth it.The apartments and grounds are not kept very clean. There is also a huge problem with theft in the parking lot.In the winter it is very cold in the apartments' even with the heat up to 90.The North side of apartments seem to be the party side.Just about every weekend there are lots of cars parked in visiters parking and they get pretty loud.

Recent Review:I love the location and appearance of Cascade Terrace but parking is an absolute nightmare. I also have to agree with the other persons review, Pinnacle AKA/ American Management is the most underhanded and sketchy company ever.

Recent Review:I stayed at the 4244 7th St. for one year, 2004-2005.It was a standard enough apartment for living that close to the apartment, a little expensive but you pay for the location.I would have rated it an average apartment experience until movement, when it turned doom-nasty.When I moved in I was offered a promotional deal for signing a 12 month lease, one month free or a car parking space for the year. I took the free month. However, due to the churn of hungry students that serve as resident managers, I was never told that for the free month you stilll need to pay so that they can credit you.Long story shot: They never told that I was not clear of them til 6 months later. They nailed me for moving out EARLY (since I guess I had moved out when I hadn't paid in July) and forfeited the promotion. This means I was out $700+ dollars and some interest. They also witheld the remainder of the security deposit.Basically this was the worst rental experience of my albeit short experience and recommend that you either seriously avoid this property or be meticulous about recording even the tiniest conversation on paper.I have yet to determine whether this was malice or incompetence, but either way I am screwed.

Recent Review:You will get NO SLEEP living there. Parties all the time. Loud, sometimes live music, loud people. You can even hear people BELOW your unit talking loud. Cigarette, pot smoke comes thru all of the vents so my bathroom was full of smoke. Weird! I finally had to move. Its a shame because its one of the few apartments so close to central downtown. The building looks great but do not move there unless you LOVETOPARTAY!!EVERYNIGHT!!!

Recent Review:As you can see from the ratings, this apartment complex has a lot of positive points. My only complaint has been in dealing with a landlord who doesn't think twice about changing his policies on pet ownership based on the rental market. He has refused, without apology, to honor policies that were in place when tenants signed the lease. My inability to recommend this apartment complex to others is based solely on his dishonesty and lack of decency.
