| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for almost a year and the property has really deteriorated in that time.Management is not very diligent about keeping the property looking nice - the recycling bins are often overflowing and the entry way to most apartments are not kept clear of debris. The landscaping is lovely and well maintained. Some disadvantages to living here are: 1)There is one centrally located trash compactor (because of the layout of the property) rather than dumpsters near each building. This is not convenient.2) Parking is a problem.If you are known to have guests come to your apartment, be prepared for them to have no parking.(If they park in numbered spaces, they are supposed to be towed, but the office is not very diligent about calling for a tow truck.If someone is in your space and you're coming home with groceries or something, this is VERY inconvenient, because there is often no where else to park.) and 3) There is no air conditioning.This might not normally be a problem, but the summer of '04 has had temperatures well into the 90's - our apartment is unbearable in this weather. If safety is an issue for you, the Sheriff's office is located 1/2 mile away, so I've always felt safe here. I have found the office staff to be friendly and courteous, but don't expect a lot of professionalism.I would not recommend renting at this property if you are moving to Silverdale. |
