Recent Review:We have lived at Beau Rivage for almost a year and a half, and have had mixed experiences in our time here. The complex is just across the river from the rendering plant, and the smell can be quite strong. The 'gym' consists ofa universal gym, cross country ski machine (broken), an exercise bike (broken), and a treadmill (broken). The gym is not accessible to tenants until the office is open for the day (8 am on weekdays and 12pm on weekends), even with your office key.The apartments themselves are very spacious (wheelchair accessible) and have nice layouts. The green spaces are well maintained. They have a high non-refundable pet deposit ($300) and do not allow dogs.

Recent Review:The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I do feel that contractors cut some corners when building and finishing the apartments. The tile floor in the kitchen is very nice, but I think they were the cheapest ones available and some have split with everyday wear and tear. The front doors are spring loaded and neighbors are rude at all hours of the night by letting them slam. I think there was an abundance of younger tenants and so the noise outside was terribly noticable in the summer since my windows are open. I asked management to send out a memo about the outside noise and the slamming of doors but she didn't acknowledge my request. That bothered my a little. I thought she might take more action against noise complaints. Parking is terrible. If you come home after 9pm you will not get a spot outside your apartment, I've had to park on the street a few times and I didn't like having my car out there. Management is nice and the maintenance man is WONDERFUL! He always says hi to me and fixes anything right away. The apartments are a year old and I loved mine for the most part. The walk-in closets are great and the bedrooms are decent sized. Definitely some of the finest in Spokane at a resonable rate. A few cars were broken into and tenants were not told of this concern. I enjoyed the convenient location and my living experience for the most part. I would recommend living here.

Recent Review:Not bad apatments if you are into retro stuff. Good place to smoke and drink but that is about it. Not far from good old sprague ave and you can even walk to the Qwicky Mart down the road. You'r probably not going to get mugged in this area but you are very likely to find a good bud conection. And the bitch down stairs keeps taking my parking spot, my assigned parking spot.
