| Recent Review: | | This is a warning for an old manager and current manager of the Park Place by The Woods Apartments. A while back living at the complex there as a resident was great at first when the main manager was there. Despise the fact that my apartment wasnt turn and I end up painting and remodeling my own apartment. I say management was great back then until. Another manager from another complex end up running this complex and when I when to move and got move in time. She accuses me of leaving the place as a mess and trashing it up. With the walls being mess up etc... I should have taken pictures ahead of time showing that my apartment was one of the best there in the complex to prove my innocent. Anyways, it turn out that I waited for my deposit, and never got to me. I call the Corporate Office and left messages and no one contact me back. So, pretty much my life with school and work got to busy that I can't follow up on it anymore. About 4 years and never got to see a single check.I try contacting them again and pretty much they said they have no record of me living there, also that it was to bad I didn't take this to court cause now is to late which by far is true. So, my warning is, if you are thinking of living in this place. Better keep copy of your papers that you sign with them and take pictures of the condition of the apartment when you enter and when you leave as prove in case this happens to you.Pros: quite place sometimes depending on what section of the apartment complex you live in and if your neighbor is not a noisy one. A very good amount of parking. Office got remodel very nice. Got outside Pool, Spa, and small weight room.Cons:Some crimes have happen in this complex been police has bust peoples for drugs. A lady got rubbed by her parking because the apartment complex lights for out side were burn. Sometimes the gates were not open in the morning for peoples to leave to work from their side of the complex. Security pass from time to time but sometime doesnt pass when it assign to. Who knows what else has happen since then or before I move there. |
