| Recent Review: | | Things that get fixed, take forever.Somethings in my apartment have been broke for months and most likely will be broke long after I move out.The front security gate has been broken off and on for almost half of my lease.My lease/sentence was almost a year.These apartments are anything but luxury apartments as they adverstise.Don't rent here.I only met two renters there that were happy about their apartment. |

| Recent Review: | | This place is disgusting. I have lived here for almost 2 years. The so-called "pond" is green even in the summer. Management, what Management? There has been 3 managers since I have moved in and at this moment all we have are "temps". What a way to run a place. If you want a quite peaceful night sleep, this is NOT the place for you. Maintance sucks. Playground sucks. Parking is probably the only semi-decent thing here. But make sure you keep your car in your own parking space or you will lose it to someone who is too lazy to park in the visitors parking.Make sure that you watch your step, or you;ll be stepping in dog crap. Finally all the stray cats are gone, TOOK THEM LONG ENOUGH. Maintance is lazy, wow.. If you want your rent free and utilites paid for come work for this place. In the winter you would think you were living in an igloo and in the summer you'd think you were living in a broiler. If I had the money I would have kept driving.The only good thing I have to say is I haven't found cockroaches yet, but give that some time. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment sucks!!!!...Do not live here. The apartments are nice, but the management is horrible. They try to sceme money out of you when you live there and when you move out. They will blame things on you even before asking you about things. I tried to tell them about someone who looked suspicious about drug dealing(more than once i saw this happening). And they brought up excuses for why this meeting would be happening.(If you ask me ithink they were covering something up for themselves.) Valley View has the worst management i have ever came upon. |
