Recent Review:Being a pharmacy resident, I have lived in over 7 apartment places throughout my college career and this is my absolute favorite so far. The layout of the apartments are great. Mine had a bay window and fireplace, as well as a small porch area. The management are kind and helpful for the most part, maintenance responds in good time. The apartments are in a park like setting which is just beautiful and they always keep it looking nice. Price is great considering all the amenities. The only downside, if I had to pick one, is that you have to walk all the way around the apartment from your car to front door (but hey realistically we could probably all use the excercise right?). Apartments are also pretty quiet, which is nice if you are a working professional:-)Just wish I could find a place like this where I'm moving to for such a good price as this one. (I paid $615 for a 1bedroom apt)

Recent Review:I lived in a small complex by same owner, Otto Gaither, on 7th street, and soon realized that rent only applied to non-family or friends. family can pay rent when the owner was going to stop by and audit, and friends could work it off by cleaning or pulling weeds. family can commit crimes against persons who pays rent on time and be allowed back on the property. But be a normal paid in full tenant, if law enforcment is called, for any reason, eviction is emmient within three days. not so, if you are related to managment, because yes, special rules do apply. (managment would not want family members to be evicted and have to move in with her of course.)also if your5 days late with your rent the manager and her daugther are in your house picking what they want. (Oh,, yes, I have proof and witnesses") I know for a fact, that her daughter has never paid for a full months rent in the same month for as long as shes lived there and never recived a notice of any kind, her daughter also has many things that you would never recive unless you are charged, like a screen door, or free carpet cleaning, because her boyfriend dropped crack on the floor, or even a pest control company come to your house because you are too lazy to vacuume your own carpets and not leave food on the floor. The manager will also ask you to give her any reciepts you may have for cleaning supplies, because she can then take a payment out of petty cash. (!) hummmmm wonder why she was never there... the police have been to her daughters house more times than i can count. but she'll tell you it's a nice small little complex of just 36 units. and the police have never been there, they don't even know where it is... I have never had a apt. manager ask me for so many things, then to have her daughter ask me for money, I knew it was time to move. Not only that, but the manager would beg me for cash to cover her daughters rent, or to purchase her personal items because she had no food!I would not recomend this complex to anyone, unless you feel like being abused and used. it's a nice place Ott just needs a new manager.............This is not made up, this is very true, so beware of Autum Park apt. and the manager.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recent Review:In one day, this apartment complex changed hands and everything went down hill. From the friendly staff, accomodating service, and prompt response to questions and maintenance it turned to a rigid impersonal office where completely new staff took over, former staff were lied to about keeping their jobs, and new rules and expenses were implemented with little or no warning.A chaotic and random system of inconsistency and flat out rude service ensued and we put up with them for another year. They lost our lease and dared to attempt to back charge us for month to month lease charges, and then when they found it the same day, did not bother to tell us after we searched and scraped around to find a copy we had.Repaving a lot with 2 days notice when some people were out of town and had their cars towed at their own expense.Upon leaving we were then hit withclean up bill nearing 3000 dollars. Why? They had to replace the carpet. Which after 3 years of living there and our asking we were told, "Oh we tear up the carpet if lived in over 2 years regardless."Not to mention charges for wear in the "new vinyl and counter tops" which was not true as when we moved in the previous property owners hadn't updated the said floors and counters so we were falling under the new property mgt checklist standards.Needless to say, a few lawyer contacts and letter writings later, we were successful but not without a headache and stress over the last year of a nightmare that was Golfside Village, which put the two names together and find a hidden name, a buddy pointed it out to me heh

Recent Review:The apartment layout was nice and somewhat spacious, but everything else was horrible.Parking was a nightmare, neighbors were inconsiderate with noise, the trash compactor always had troubles -- making piles of trash at least 6 ft. high at times, mold/ mildew beyond belief with maintenance careless and not acting upong numerous reports. The apartment Manager was very kind and easy to work with... However, one leasing agent was VERY snobby thinking she was better than you, and the other was a complete airhead.I would not recommend living here... For $50 more per month, you can find a better place that is way more worth your money...

Recent Review:The apartments themselves are really nice. They let you paint the walls to make it more like home. However the management company Sentinal is really for lack of a better word, Anal!!They hold you to every last letter of the lease but themselves break the quiet hours by having the lawncare staff outside your window mowing every Monday at 8AM!The girls in the office are nice however they will not work you a deal on the apartment price or anything else. What is written is what the price will be period. It is a very quiet and safe place to live.

Recent Review:I think Parkview is a nice place to live. It's a smaller community with lots of retired individuals.Very quiet with friendly neighbors.I wish the apartments weren't so "box" shaped, but it's a typical layout for an "older" apartment. The management is very kind and willing to go the extra mile. My boyfriend got hours cut from his job, and so we were unable to make rent on time. Carol, the manager, was eager to work with my boyfriend and I and allow us to pay our rent almost 3 weeks late!!The only thing that I dislike about our apartment is the size of the bathroom and having to do dishes without a garbage disposal. Oh, and my boyfriend wanted to mention how HUGE his garage is!!I would recommend this place to anyone. It is well worth the money and has a staff that honestly cares.

Recent Review:This apartment rent will attract you with nice floorplan but you will pay lot with its hidden cost.Basicly, I say it is cheating!!For example, the water/sewer/garbage bill costs 50.00+/mo, parking without management and force you to pay 30.00 cable TV.No contract when you move-in, but losts of restriction after you issue move-out deal.Terrible management!!Don't move in!!!

Recent Review:I have 2 friends that room together at these apartments. The apartment itself is cute because it's pretty much brand spankin' new. The layout is kind of backwards in my opinion though. The 2 bedrooms that they have are really small, yet their bathroom is huge!!I like the fact that they have built in book shelves and that the fireplace is placed in a corner with space above to put a good sized TV etc.I think that they pay a little more than they should though. Their rent is $700 something and doesn't include any utilities. Plus, if they want a car port or garage, they have to pay extra. All around, it's a nice place, but I've seen better...
