Recent Review: Moved here back in 2002 and over the last three years this place has gone down hill.We have seen 5+ managers, cant even count the maintenance turn over rate, and overall the appearance (landscaping, etc) going way down hill.You pay all your utilities (windows not sealed properly causing townhouse to be underheated all winter)....just a nightmare, beware!If you like living for a slumlord this is the place for you, we are moving VERY soon...had enough of the abuse.
