Recent Review: Hi everyone.If you are looking for an apartment in the Delavan or Janesville area, stay away from the apartments on 105 cummings street and the palmer house apartments. I lived at 105 cummings street for 2 years.When I moved out the management company refused to call me back to schedule an appointment to get my security deposit back.The security is also very poor.Our house was robbed and the management office once again did not return my calls to fix our front door.If something breaks, don't count on getting it fixed.There is never parking available in the back lot, so you can look forward to several parking tickets. This is proof that you shouldn't take the first apartment that you like. In closing, think twice because this is not a good place to live and the same company manages the palmer house in janesville.
