| Recent Review: | | Over all not a bad place.There are a few things that really NEED to be fixed though.NOT ENOUGH PARKING!!Loud, banging, heating system.Lease rules NOT followed.Very spacious, lots of storage, nice kitchen.6 month lease and only $250 S/D. |

| Recent Review: | | If you're looking to rent in Ashwaubenon and you're looking for something quiet and safe and want office personnel that will work with you on repairs and apartment living atmosphere, don't rent here,,, I've rented here for nearly 23 years and the last 4 - 5 years it's steadily gone down hill,, management continues to change hands along with a steady stream of office employees who can't (or don't bother to) remember your name.Even after problem tenants have had several police officer contacts, tenants are allowed to continue living (disruptively) on the premises with seemingly no office intervention. |

| Recent Review: | | Our year stay at foxcroft was interesting.There were alot of things that should have been better.I will just list some of the not so good:*parking is unorganized and a garage is expensive( you may have a garage on the other side of the premisis than of where you are)*plumbing is old and so is the microwave,stove and fridge*no place for entertainment center or much furniture in living room because of fire place.*hot in summer and cold in winter*poor set upsome good things:*good space for pantry*cheapI hope this review helps you find a place other than foxcroft to spend your money. |

| Recent Review: | | The Sycamores proves the age old adage that you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover is true.Behind these upscale apartments is a management staff that is unorganized, unprofessional, and unwilling to work with tenants.Beyond that, they are trigger happy with noise violations.We had friends over to watch a football game and after a neighbor complained to them about the noise, we we're served a notice to quit making excessive noise or move out.In addition, we we're told not to watch t.v. past 10 p.m.They average a week to return a call after leaving several messages and sometimes take just as long to fix maintenance issues.If you want a pretty apartment, with a lot of hassle and eviction notices hanging over your head the The Sycamores is just right for you.Please email me at andebr03@yahoo.com if you have further questions.Otherwise, run screaming and don't look back! |

| Recent Review: | | i lived at this place for four years and the only reason i didn't move out sooner was that they kept saying it was going to be remodeled, and i was saving to buy a house. thank god i did!where do i start? when my rommate and i went to sign the lease the landlord wasn't there so the maintance guy had to go over the paperwork with us. nice.for a 25 unit building there is only 3 washers and 2 dryers in the basement. the basement is always flooded and scary. someone was actually sleeping down there on a mattress once.the walls are paper thin and the downstairs neighbor called the cops on us numerous times for haing the tv too loud, walking around too much, talking too loud. i couldn't do anything that women would complain all the time. could here everyone talking around you.the parking lot is not safe, cars have been broken into and people drive around with their bass way up all hours of the night. they will sit outside and smoke pot and drink.the apartments themselves~~when we moved in the carpeting was not new and the walls weren't painted. 4 years later it looked like a warzone. normal 'wear and tear' for years. the buildings are over 20 years old and nothing has been updated. the apartments are small, there were mice in my apartment and in my complex itself all the time. there were cockroaches in the building next to mine. also the cops are there all the time, i saw a guy beat up his gf in the parking lot once. if it's not the cops it's the firetrucks. 3 fires in less than a year? update the wiring!! the worst thing about this place is that you have NO CONTROL over your own heat. the landlord turns the heat on in october and turns it off in may. there is no way to shut your vents so in the middle of january you have your windows open, in the middle of april/may it's over 80 degrees in there. the a/c unit is a wall one that doesn't do alot of good. thats another thing. our a/c was broke in august when it was 90 outside on a sunday and since it wsn't considered and emergensy nobody fixed it for 2 days. try living on a second floor apt when its 80+ degrees in your apt. it sucks! when we called to complain and ask when it would be fixed the landlord gave us attitude. does she have to live in that condition? NO the underground parking door ws usually broke, so it was up all the time. nice secutriy. kids were always running around unsupervised.the one bright side was the maintance guys. there were always really nice and things were fixed right away. they were also very friendly and helpful.the heat was the worst part. i would have to stay at freinds house's because of it. look elsewhere, this is not a place to rent until they start doing criminal/background checks on people |
