Brookstone Townhomes 1900-1956 Brookstone Circle Hudson  WI, 54016

Recent Review: My family of four has lived at Brookstone Townhomes for two years. There are market rate and section 42 units available.Currently, There are several vacantcies and for good reason. We have been without hot water, had no outside lighting and smoke detectors with no batteries for months. In January we submitted service requests that have yet to be attended to. Our neighbors have come and gone, and currently we have about 6-8 people who come and go all hours of the day and night( this is in a two bedroom unit).There is no parking for visitors. The lawn which was so beautifully maintained when we moved in is currently about 5-9 inches tall, full of weeds and weed choked flower beds. It is a haven for mosquitos. The management either doesn't care or has no support from upper management to correct these things. We currently pay 25 dollars a month ABOVE the market rate that is advertised. Is it any wonder we will not be renewing our lease? If you are considering living here you should be capable of your own upkeep, if not, Hudson is a wonderful community where I am sure you can find a better place to live.
