Okay we dont have excellent credit and one of our roommates lived in another building but we didnt expect a townhouse with so many problems.When ever we request a repair we are ignored until we call and get mean with the front desk.CMS only caters to the well to do white people keeping up the golf course and letting the buildings lapse into disrepair. I would never wish this apartment complex on my worst enemy.DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE.
