| Recent Review: | | My girlfriend applied for an apartment here, was approved, and put down $100 on it. Before she could move in, she was told that the old resident no longer wanted to move out, and that no other apartments in her price range were available. They suggested she move in with a male friend until they could find her another one. This was not an option and she said so; however, management refused to refund her deposit, saying she had broken her side of the deal. Later, they started claiming that they had told her she could force the other resident out if she wanted to. This was a flat-out lie and we have the entire original conversation on tape to prove it. We've played this tape for them, but they refuse to change their position. I filed complaints with every organization in town. Still refused to give the money back. Watch your step! |
