 I've lived here for one year, I'm 19 years old...I think this apartment complex is beautiful.It's right along a large quiet park, with large yards and trees.It's in a very quiet little town (Nashotah), surrounded by lakes (although you can't see them from your balcony/patio, they're within walking distance.)Rent is increasing, which is the main reason I'm moving out ($650-$775 depending on bedrooms/bathrooms and what-not).There are not many young adults living here (18-25)...not a party place...mostly older people with young children.VERY friendly management...they remember your name!I'll miss it when I'm gone...I recommend this place.
