Recent Review: The apartment is great.The management is worse than terrible.You are lied to from the moment you sign the lease.They see only $ signs not people.The Maintenance is just as terrible if not worse.The guy doesn't know how to use a plow truck.The dumpsters are never checked for over flowing garbage and so on.I waited from Dec until I moved out in May for a new lock on the door and who knows if it was ever put on.Wait until you move out.That's another treat.We cleaned the apartment until it sparkled.Then were charged for painting $300, because we smoked, which they say is normal wear and tear.The Consumer Protection Agency begs to differ with them.Also they charge,which is inthe lease and is illegal,to pay for a professional carpet cleaning upon moving out.I will be disputing the security deposit.If anybody would like to contact me feel free to do so.Just mention apartment review in the subject line.I do have paperwork and a phone number to find out your rights as a tennant.If you live there, my sympathies to you.
