| Recent Review: | | I have rated this apartment once before on another web site.I had a ton of issues pop up back in December and January. After a heated argument with the former management that went all the way to the Vice President of Blake Capital Corp, my issues, for the most part, were resolved, everything seemed to be running smooth and I was happy. My company was getting ready to transfer me to a job that was very close to this place, and everything was about to become perfect, so I renewed my lease. To top it off, the old apartment manager left and a new one came on in.Everything looked hopeful. How I was so stupid amazes myself.Right after I signed it, my transfer changed and now I cannot stay.I have now been trying to contact the office for a week, seven days exactly to this date.I tried via e-mail and letter dropped into the drop box.Since I work two jobs, the office is closed whenever I am home, and I like to have items documented for my own records.Well, seven days later, they have never made an attempt to contact me what so ever.I have been patient in this situation so far, but I cannot anymore.Unlike all normal leases, there is nothing stated about what to do if you have to break the lease.Since this situation is work related and my company wants to relocate me, I have been trying to find out my options are and make some sort of arrangement and to date not one person has attempted to contact me in any way.In fact, my company has become so upset as well, they have advised me to take legal actions against the complex management and owners as they are under the impression as I am that I am getting the run around. Not only is the new management worse then the old (at least I was in constant contact with them) but also this is affecting my job, my livelihood.By not responding, the situation has the potential to cost their paying customer, me, thousands of dollars.Customer service is the most important thing in any business and I am willing to bet they have never heard this term.My advice to anyone looking at this apartment, or any owned by this corporation, is stay away. All they want is your money; they dont care about the people at all. In seven days, I havent has a response, and they cant say they are too busy to take a few moments and respond.I have been in the office twice since I lived here and both times the office people were just sitting around. If I waited on anything at my job this long, I wouldnt have one. |
