| This bldg served me well as a newcomer; affordable, comfortable, reasonalbly quiet and convenient to shops, subway etc. During the power blackout the apartment become like ovens, 32 celcius inside on a summer day even with the small windows open, there is no balcony.Elevator not powered on power failure, however there is a generator lights and water supply which lasted the 3 days without power. Overall, this is a good start for immigrants,but after a year or two you want to find a place that't more comfortable and nicer tenants. |
