The Pacific Companies are proud to announce their newest project for the Globe area. Madera Peak Vista will be a 60 unit community for older persons. Scheduled for completion in the fall of 2010 it will feature both 1 and 2 bedroom homes. Standard features in all homes include central air and heat, washer/dryer hook-ups, built-in microwaves, dishwashers, garbage disposals, private patio and external storage. Handicap accessible homes will be available too. Our goal is to provide a peaceful family atmosphere for our residents. To help achieve this goal we have included a 2,500 square foot community building. Included in the community building will be an office for our on-site manager, a TV/meeting room, kitchen, laundry facility, education/computer room, plus an exercise room. Residents will be able to reserve the TV/meeting room and kitchen for private functions such as birthday parties and anniversaries! We are hapy to provide both a swimming pool and a handicap accessible community gardening area for all residents to enjoy.
