Brumby Lofts are located in Marietta, Georgia, just off historic Marietta Square, surrounded by a neighborhood of beautifully restored Victorian homes. The brick and timber buildings formerly housed the factory which manufactured the Brumby Rocking Chairs (made famous by President and Mrs. Carter). 131 lofts have been created in the two original buildings, each loft offering a unique design all its own. Hardwood and sealed concrete floors, exposed brick and original windows are just some of the features of these lofts along with complete Euro-style kitchens and washer/dryer hookups.
