Dorm-style living blocks from campus! Bierman Place Apartments is a newly built complex with 68 units located near the East Bank of the University of Minnesota's Minneapolis campus, in the heart of Dinkytown. Bierman Place Apartments offers apartment sizes ranging from two to four bedrooms. Individuals can lease an entire apartment, or simply an individual bedroom (dorm-style). If leasing a room within an apartment, the resident is only responsible for his or her share of the rent. Should the other roommates move out, he or she would not be responsible for any additional rent. Bierman Place Apartments would ultimately be responsible for placing additional roommates within the apartments.
