Our community boasts incredible amenities such as a sparkling swimming pool, a 24 hour fitness center, a business center, a lighted tennis court, and 24 hour emergency maintenance. We also welcome most pets, but do have some breed restrictions. The pet fee is $250 per pet with a limit of two pets per family. We offer multiple floor plans and have one and two bedroom apartment homes to choose from. Some of the features of our apartment homes include sunken living room, full size washer and dryer connections, open patio and select apartments have sun rooms. In addition to those features, fireplaces, walk-in closets and ceiling fans. We are located in the heart of Cotswold making it easy to enjoy dining and entertainment in Charlotte's historic district.
