It is large (1320 sq.ft.) with three bedrooms and a 7ft x 10ft pantry (where I have my office). The rent is $606 a month, but you have to fit a certain income bracket. The apartments are about 4 yrs old, so they are still very nice and clean. There is a laundromat, swimming pool and a picnic area.
