Review: Do not live here! I am very reasonable and laid back, but this place is the dumps. The apartments look alright, but the management is terrible. We have had several incidents involving management being on the same page regarding their own policies. The management has not informed tenants of the vehicle thefts that have occurred in the parking lot. This is probably due to maintenance issues with the back gate that have been occurring for at least a year. There are cockroaches everywhere in the apartments. The management is condescending and extremely unhelpful or accommodating. This is, without a doubt, the worst complex I have ever lived in. I am not alone on this one either. Every other tenant I have spoken to cannot wait until there lease is up. I'm telling you, please trust me on this one, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! If everyone would read this and believe me, we wouldn't have to worry about scumbags like this taking advantage of good people who want a nice community to live in. Don't be fooled by the looks, they don't care about you at all. They will screw you over at any opportunity.

Review: PHEASANT RUN, WHILE THE STAFF GETS A B+ FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. THE BUILDING IS IN POOR CONDITION.MORE THAN JUST BEING AN OLD BUILDING, THE AC UNITS ARE EXTREMELY NOISY WHEN THEY KICK ON. THE UNITS ARE CENTERED AROUND 1ST FLOOR BEDROOM WINDOWS.THE PLUMBING IS MORE THAN DISTURBING TO RESIDENTS IN OTHER APARTMENTS.I'VE HAD UNKNOW PEOPLE BANG ON MY DOORTHINKING MY WATER WAS RUNNING WHEN IT WAS WATER IN ANOTHER APARTMENT.THIS HAPPEN SO OFTEN, I WAS NERVOUS TO WASH MY HAIR AND DIDNT SHOWER FOR A MONTH. (TOOK STAND UP WASH UPS IN THE SINK) I WAS THAT NERVOUS ABOUT RUNNING WATER.THEY MOVED ME TO A NEW APT.THE CARPET HAD AN ORDER LIKE THE PREVIOUS RENTERS HAD A PET.THE SHOWER HAS TILE MISSING SO WHEN IT RAINS..IT DRIPS IN MY BATHTUB...NOW A HEALTH REASON NOT TO USE MY TUB/SHOWER.THEY CHARGE $10 P/DAY LATE FEE BUT DO NOT PROVIDE NOTICE UNTIL 22 DAYS LATER($220.00 LATER).MY MOST RECENT MISHAP...THEY LOST MY MONEYORDER FOR MY RENT.AND YES THEY NOTIFIED ME 22 DAYS INTO THE MONTH....SO IF I CANT FIND PROOF OR MY RECEIPT (YES MY FAULT)THEN I OWE AN EXTRA $300 PLUS THE $609.00 i ALREADY PAID.HMMM..BUT THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED THE LEAK, THE LIGHT ON THE BALCONY, THE DRYER THAT RUNS UNTIL YOU OPEN THE DOOR, OR REPLACED THE CARPET.

Review: It's a great place to live if:1.You enjoy leaking faucets that are NEVER fixed.2.You enjoy swimming to your car when it rains because there isNO drainage, and your vehicle is left sitting in up to 8" of water.3.You enjoy listening to cats hump all day and all night.There areabout 20+ feral cats on the property.4.You enjoy being left notes about picking up dog poop when thesaid poop is from the 20+ cats.5.You enjoy staying inside and taking your laundry to a laundromat because the smell of cat urine and spray outside (where your washer and dryer are) could possibly land you a trip to the hospital.l6.Calling the dishwasher a dishwasher is a misnomer.It couldn't clean a dish if it tried.They just painted and resurfaced the parking lot.This is likened to putting lipstick on a pig.

Review: No one picks up after their animals. The apartments are WAY overpriced. Did my apt. shopping online and then moved here and was way dissapointed. The apartment they show you is NOT the apartment you get. My carpet was disgusting, contact paper on the outside of all the cabinet's that was peeling away. Car's getting broken into etc...do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else. I have thirty day's left and cant wait to see what a hassle that becomes. I am quite sure they will want me to replace the carpet even though I complained about how gross it was when I moved in and even made them make a note of it!

Review: The old management company was awesome.The one that has been there for a little over a year is horrible!!!I loved the area and the apartment building.But, moved becuase of the horrible management.

Review: I moved in, my apartment was spotless!Even the vents were cleaned!When I needed my water heater turned up, the maintenance crew even took off their shoes (it was raining) as to not dirty my carpet.The staff is amazingly pleasant.All of the fine print in my lease was clearly explained to me.The grounds are amazingly kept up and cleaned regularly.I would recommend ANYONE to live here.There is also plenty of parking for my guests.My rent is extremely competative price wise.I love it!I love it!I love it!!!I give it 5 stars!

Review: I found roaches in the first day when I move in even I have not order any of my furniture yet! Despate condinue treatment, the roaches will not go away. Last week, I kill a roach which is bigger than a nickel. It is the biggest roach I saw in my entile life (I am almost 60 year old).
