Half the time we lived here our front door didn't lock. Our hotwater heater had been missing parts. We spent a couple of nights in a hotel due to the A/C unit vibrating our walls to the point our kids were scared and none of us could sleep. We had our "assigned" parking space moved about half a dozen times. Management couldn't honestly care less. One maintenance person for the complex. The model was of course much nicer than the units...go figure. So if all you need is a roof over your head than this is the place for you.
