Paseo La Tinaja
Green Valley, AZ

Overall Rating: 1 (out of 5)

Review: Ok, if I only new where to begin.Half of these townhomes were sold to another company about a year ago and the residents that were staying there were given 30 days to either get out or buy there townhouse. The second half of the townhouses are still being rented out under the original company.Since all this began about a year ago the pool has been closed numerous times by the health dept and by the owners because they were fighting with the other owners of the other townhomes over who would pay to have it cared for.Even though in the last year the pool has only been in commission for about 3 months (it is supposed to be open and heated all year round), my rent has not been lowered I am still paying $700 a month for the pool that I have not been able to use and the weight room that they had closed down for 9 months because they couldn't decide what to do with it.We have not had a manager at our complex for almost a year we had to go over to a complex across town that they also owned to deal with our problems. The other complex was sold recently and we got a manager finally but we still don't have a maintenance man, many of us have been waiting for months to have things fixed. Now, to top the problems we have had off the current owners are thinking seriously of selling out our half to the company that bought the other half and we will be out on the streets with 30 days notice when this occurs, voiding our contracts. The pool that was open for a few months this year is now closed again to us because this owner refuses to pay his half on it so we will have another summer of no pool.Don't live here unfortunately the management doesn't tell the truth they falsely advertise the ammenities that they do not really have and they will not be up front with you on the problems this place is really having.
