Review: I THINK HONESTLY OUR APARTMENTS ARE OVERLY CHARGED. I MEAN A ONE BEDROOM FOR $520 OR $510 AND YOU PAY YOUR OWN UTILITIES I THINK ITS A LIL TOO MUCH.AND THEIR NOT EVEN CLASSY THEY ARE ALRIGHT.THERE KINDA SMALL AND KINDA WELL GHETTO.

Review: I got suckered into living here because I have 2 pits and coming from out of state it was the only complex I could find that would accept them.Where should I start?The entire property stinks like animal urine, no one picks up after their dogs.I like the fact that they do let you have pits and other large dogs but everyone has them and not everyone in that apt complex is a responsible person.If you like to see dog fights this is the place! Ive had to pull strange pits off my dogs many times. Im lucky I didnt get bit. some people just let them hang out outside alone. If you have kids stay away from this place. Drug dealers all over! So that means crackheads all over the place...they broke into my car there... I drove a freakin 89 Taurus with a broken tape deck, what they thought they were gonna get I have no idea!!!!The set up is horrible, small and cramped!The walls are paper thin.The cops come en masse force all the time. My a/c leaked all over the kitchen the WHOLE time I lived there and the maint. guy told me that they couldnt possibly fix it! They rent to ANYBODY!!!!! I become physically ill thinking about that place....ewwww! I could go on and on and on and on....

Review: I need help in renting my condo.It is a three bedroom two bathroom codo first floor located at brown and higley in Mesa.(north-east corner)Newly painted and ready to go.Comes with swimming pool spa, etc. I have been asking $825 /mo.The small complex is across the street from Alta Mesa shopping center and the Broadway Palm Theater.

Review: Honestly I've been living here over a year and yes, the old management was bad.Once new management took over, they now have a great set of folks working there...not just a bunch of jerks anymore.Anyway they made this place look great and really made a huge improvement on how things are handled, I'd recommend this place to any of my friends or family.Before the makeover, I didn't really want a bunch of my friends coming over to hang out at the apartment complex, now I'd rent out the clubhouse for a party or just have a sunday afternoon bbq.

Review: I urge ANYONE who's had problems with Sienna management, especially with the move-out inspection charges, to file a complaint with the BBB or Attorney General.I recently filed a complaint with the BBB, and they responded with some bogus claims, just stupid stuff I can prove them wrong on.This is a classic case of the big guy picking on the little guy, but if we complain in numbers, maybe they'll have to answer for their dishonesty.Sienna should NOT get away with ripping off their residents!It's really easy to take action, so just set aside a few minutes and fight back!!Even if nothing happens at least it will be in their file.

Review: My favorite things about this complex are the courtyards, that each apartment does not "back" another apartment...so you get cross ventilation, and maintenance usually handles repairs quickly.My least favorite things are the lack of soundproofing between apartments and the fact that management does not "handle"residents who do not follow rules (outside lights not replaced, patios/balconies look like storage rooms, residents not reprimanded for having more than one large dog).When I first moved in, the landscaping was gorgeous.However, the grass is now very sparse because kids break the sprinklers and management doesn't replace them.

Review: Since we have lived with this apartment complex our apartment has fallen apart not even including the flood we had for three days because managment didn't do anything. Well, they compt us $96.00 off our rent. Our lease had several differnet signature asweel. The landlards are lyers and cheats. Living here was hell and I can not wait to move out of this shit hole.

Review: These apartments are great apartments to live in.The people are nice, the neighborhood great, and every ammenity is included!However, don't move in unless you plan to stay until the day you die.They are horrible at pushing papers and doing what they say they will.They will make your moving out experience terrible.

Review: Very very BAD EXPERIENCE!Do not rent here at all!!!The management team is very discriminating against minorities and have harrassed me with charges during the entire time that I have rented here.Upon move out, my boyfriend and I spent A LOT of time cleaning the apartment and they decided to keep our deposit of 350.00 and on top of that they charged us $318.22 extra!I am now in the process of taking legal actions and have even visited the Attorney General's office to file complaints.Very bad management and not to mention too many thefts!!!!!!DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

Review: I like my apartment.It's a bit old, but I feel safe and I like my neighboors.However, the apartment manager is -bar-none the rudest person I've ever met.She's hateful and treats her tenants like they are in kindergarten.She's internally the ugliest person I've ever met.I've had the opportunity to refer many people and am embarassed to due to the attitude of the manager.

Review: These apartments are overrun with crickets, they are everywhere, inside and out.Also, the leasing staff is absolutely terrible. They are so nice at first when selling the apartments but as soon as you move in they forget about you. You have to ask at least twice (usually you will have to ask more than twice) for them to complete any maintainence requests.The grounds are really pretty, but the main pool isn't lit at night and the other pools are surrounded by cocroaches that come out at night. The fitness center is ok, but it is never locked, one of the treadmills doesn't work and there are a lot of spiders in there.
