Review: I moved in there from out of State and was told it was income restricted and no dogs. Come tofind out the day we were signing our lease 5 famlies cam in for housing and had to check the apartments inspected. Our second day there my child bike got stolen someone cute the bikelock. Oh yeah it was suppose to be a crime-free complex..OK. It took forever for them to fix things and management and maintance wasnt ther greatest. I would suggest look elsewhere.

Review: THESE APARTMENTS ARE POORLY RAN... THE MAINTANCE CREW DOESNT COMPLETE ASSIGNED TASK ON TIME... MANAGEMENT DOESNOT FIX RPOBLEMS WITH NOISE COMPLAINTS EITHER.

Review: When I first moved into this complex it was great!!! Things were repaired quickley, it was reasonably quiet, office staff was great. Then then decay began flood from up stairs took month and a half to get roof fixed in apartment and still looks bad. When that was done paint was every where on floors cabinets took 4 calls to management to have mess cleaned up. Gates are never fixed. Gang writting on lamps and stairwells - 1st incident took 6 calls and 2 1/2 weeks to be fixed. Next day back graffitti back and 1 week later and 2 calls so far and no response.Kids are allowed to run around without supervision. Feral cats are becomming a problem as well.If you choose to move here come quickly and only do short term lease so that you can get out before it gets worse.

Review: PARKING IS AWFUL MY SPACE IS SO FAR FROM MY APARTMENT I CANT EVEN SEE MY CAR AND THEY HAVE CHANGED IT TWICE AND IT GETS FARTHER AND FATHER EVERYTIME...... NO ARKING FOR QUEST THEY HAVE TO WALK SOOOOO FAR . TO MUCH MONEY

Review: When we moved in there was alot of things that had to be fixed. It took them 6 weeks to fix our broken blinds. They wouldnt do anything about our smelly ice maker. THEY RAISED OUR RENT after a few months even though we signed a lease for a set amount .( its in the small printthat they can just to let you know) They shortened the hours for the pool and the gym also. Im just counting down the days until our lease is up. Oh and they just decided that children under the age of 16 are not allowed outside without and adult for those of you with teenagers. They are also very rude at the office.
