The manager does not know what the heck he is doing if he's even there at all and we had no ac for a few months during the summer. They didn't know how to keep correct records of deposits and fees and it's a ghetto place overall. The apartments are as old school as my bald uncle and the parking sucks. Maintenance was ok and laundry facility was ok, but no change machine.Point: DON'T rent from that Aimco property.
