Review: You'll be sorry you ever moved here.In a year that I lived there my apartment was flooded three times.The grounds are filthy, garbage all over the place, the pool was green most of the summer, the air conditioning went out for two days in the heat of the summer.

Review: Fill out a credit app. here and they'll say if you don't take the place, they keep $140. of your fees, no problemcause you think you're gonna stay there.Now comes the scam!They'll say you must come up with an additional $200. deposit because of 'credit issues, residency issues, on the job not long enough locally, whatever.It's a scam!Ever been late with your rent?You pay late fees, right?Here they will report you to their attny. without even contacting you first so they can charge an extra $120.Then, they'll shut off your electricity which will put you back $205. This place is a racket, fleecing $ from those who have the least of it.*This has been a rating made up my own and several neighbor's experiences that I've talked to.Immigrants report being taken advantage of and now I can say emmigrants are victims as well

Review: these apartments look and feel like something out of a south central movie. Gang members everywhere, drug dealers, you name it. I wish I never moved in here..I'm gone once the lease is up. Living somewhere shouldnt be a life or death situation. My neighbor is a drug dealer, I'm too scared to call the police for fear of retaliation.

Review: Very noisy, locks always broken.no extra closets for a vacuum or coats.tiny bathrooms, cheap carpet, ac/heating problems(no air gets to second level). trash dumpsters overflowing.pool bathroom has been very dirty lately.I could go on and on.. don't move here

Review: Overall the apartments aren't too bad however there is much need for improvement. The staff has a bad tendency to rent to young families and places them in upstairs apartments leaving the youngsters to run around on the stairs and landings creating alot of noise. Maintenance is helpful however they keep using the same "band-aids" to repair things resulting in repeat breakdowns. My air conditioning went out last twice last year and again this year. It seems they never really fix to root cause. The grounds keepers are lack luster at best. They tend to do a good job around the units near the office but leave the outer units a bit neglected. Lately they have been putting washer and dryers in the units however they aren't offering to put them in occupied units. They closed the second laundry facility leaving only one which is at the far end of the complex. This is inconvenient to those at the opposite end who don't have washers and dryers installed. On a positive note the management is very helpful when tennants have some difficulty financially. They try to help rather than ignore you and threaten to evict. Security is fairly good but it is a large complex and only one security person can become overwhelmed with multiple complaints. In the past almost three years I've been here I've seen many improvements however there is still room for more.

Review: It is a nice complex, for the most part. The maintenance lacks quality and repairs are not always done in a timely manner. Reant is way to high for what you get. The best perk to the complex is location. Very handy to just about everything you need.

Review: This apratment is horriable. There is no security at all, they say they have some for night parking but there isnt. Cars broken into and apratments as well. Leasing office donest care about the problems.

Review: We just moved in here 6 months ago and our car has been broken into 4 times. Twice in the same day. The management says anywhere you go you may have problems and they do background checks, have a gated community, and a security guard. I say bulls**t. Not everyone coming in has been caught before, the gates have been broken for over 2 mos, and as for security, my cat could do better.This place sucks. We also have a crackhead who dances around the complex at night asking for cigarretes. I won't walk downstairs by myself at night. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! one guy was here for less than 12 hours and his car was stolen. One guy had his shoes stolen of his patio!!!! And management still can't get our contract right. The grounds are nicely kept though. But looks are very decieving. If you value your property and family this is NOT, i repeat, NOT the place for you. If you have a few valueable items like shoes or car stereos or even a car you would like to get rid of, then this is your place. Otherwise, your'e wasting time and money here.

Review: Lets review the wonderful things this apartment has to offer first. The apperance is very nice, with courtyards and grass, the maintenence people always arrive in a timely manor, and the staff are great, they even work with you when your rent is late before they send you to court. Not to mention that their rent is very inexpensive and all utilities are included, and they charge $0 deposit. So there are a few little problems. The air conditioner sometimes goes out but they do get it back on as quickly as they can, they have had a couple roaches but you can have your apartment exterminated every week, for free and they also need to tell their residents to keep it down as sometimes it can get very noisey at night by the pool area. Overall people need to understand that this is a low-cost apartment and I think they do a good job.

Review: The place is loaded with illegal aliens!Cars are robbed.The owners have been trying for years to sell the property, or find re-financing.They are hugely in debit to locally, and can find no firm to to do business with them. Hence no repairs.It is particularly difficult for the elderly here....the front office is indifferent, and these residents are worried about their personal safety.
