Review: Scottsdale Greens was definitley the worst place i have ever lived at.First off the buildings are ancient and are falling apart.The appliances inside are also old and all of them at some point in time needed to be repaired or replaced.The staff are unfriendly, selfish, ignorant and otherwise just disgusting people.I always felt uncomfortable at the complex and not very secure.The layouts for the apartments are tiny giving me a cramped feeling whenever i was inside my place.The walls are paper thin and i could even my neighbors above me whenever one blew their nose.I would never recommend this hell hole to anyone unless they are complacent with living in a dump.

Review: WE LIVED AT THE REGENTS FOR ONE YEAR AND LOVED IT.OUR DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBORS WERE SNOOTY AND COMPLAINED ABOUT OUR NOISE-THOUGH WE ARE NOT NOISY.BUT, OTHER THAN THAT YOU CANNOT BEAT THE LOCATION AND AMMENITIES OF THIS COMPLEX.GET AN APARTMENT WITH A GARAGE AND FORGET ABOUT THE PARKING NIGHTMARE.THE STAFF IS HELPFUL AND IT'S A HUGE COMPLEX SO YOU DON'T ALWAYS FEEL LIKE YOU'RE BEING WATCHED.IT'S IN A BEAUTIFUL AREA AND WAS VERY AFFORDABLE FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD IT'S IN.WE'D GO BACK IN A HEARTBEAT, BUT WE MOVED ACROSS THE COUNTRY.

Review: 4 management companies and 7 managers in 21 months...'nuff said?I have lived here for 15 years and I advise anyone looking to look somewhere else, unless you enjoy rude and arrogant office staff, an invisible maintenance staff, drunk or drugged out neighbors, AC and hot water that go out as often as some people change their undies, broken pipes, vandalized cars, stolen cars and gang grafitti all over.They are small, dark, dank apartments.The AC is a chiller system, not air.It's dirty and old, old, old.

Review: First off, the office people are extremely rude! They will yell at you and threaten to call this Sheriff who lives in there on you if you upset them. This Sheriff guy literally has threatened at least 6 tenants that I know of and has given out DUI's to his own neighbors!!!!!It looks great being on the Golf Course and all, but watch how many times your car get's broken into!! This place is run by a bunch of hitlers and strongly discourage anyone from renting there.The pool is so clorinated your hair will turn orange and feel like it's dry even when it's wet.Maintenance sucks too. The people who work there are awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I broke my lease after 5 months it was so bad!

Review: Good: Beautiful landscape. Great safe location. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi - when they work.Bad: The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors talking at conversation level. There are more pigeons than tenants. Racist management that will complain about everything if you are not white or Mormon. Several cars being broken into and stereos stolen. And maintenance will enter your apartment whether you authorize it or not.

Review: WOW-WOW! For north scottsdale this place is a disgrace! the plumbing is out dated and out of code the repair men are the maintence men they absolutly refuse to call a licensed professional of any sort ! I have never seen a place with so many plumbing leaks and pipes busting in the walls in the middle of the night not to mention if you live in a ground floor apartmentyour place is flooded instantly! This place needs to bo be checked by the county !!!!!!Mold !!!!!!!and More MOLD !!!!has to be all over this place!!! Where are the county inspectors????? The parking is still very bad no place to park !!

Review: I have lived at La Privada for nearly three years now and I can't imagine moving!I've been told that the grounds sit on nearly 40 acres and the buildings are spread out.We have big beautiful trees and green grass -- there's even a putting green!There are two entrance gates that are closed at night which only add to the quiet atmosphere.There's a large park right across the street too.The office staff has always done their very best for me.And it's so nice to walk into an office where they not only recognize your face but even know your name!I would greatly recommend that you check out La Privada.All you have to do is drive the grounds to see what I mean.

Review: The carpet in the unit should have been replaced two tenants age.Seams showing.You can see where repairs were done.Needs stretching in areas where I hid with furniture.Filled out the initial walk through report.Noted the weatherstripping around entry door needs replacement.Replace in a very timely manner.Only problem is now the door sticks so hard that you have to slam your body into the door to open it. I request that it be adjusted and it is now going on a week and it still hasn't been fix.I go into the office to complain and I am told if I don't calm down the reapir won't be fix at all and that I will have to leave the office. Makes me wonder how long it will take to get a major repair done in the future?I haven't lived here a month.Maintainence staff is friendly, office staff worthless.Better customer service at a fast food restaurant.

Review: Perry...3 words for you Better Business BureauWhere to beginManagement Change 3 times in my one year tenants, No communication between companies before during or after there change in management so My file was lost for three months I was forced to pay higher rent during that time.The accounting must have been by a third grader whom I believe name was Perry,bottom line is they promise thing to you face then when you call them on it they say, and I quoteI need to have it in writing.That from the person who made the promise wWOWMaintenance Our laboratory was out for 4 days, we called maintenance and management each day to no Avail...Please change your locks upon move in. The maintancene crew goes through you personal items and steal money from my change dish. I have personally contacted them myself along with two of my neighbors

Review: I used to love the place. The older management was great. However now it is very unfriendly. The gardening to say the BEST, sucks!! They blow all kinds of dirt all over your patio and do not come back to get it off. The management used to have flexable rules, now they are just crap. We have been living here for 5 years, plus in and out for other years. The new management treats us like shit ran over twice. I do not recommend this complex ANY MORE.
