The apartments are large and at good price. Its a very quiet Complex. My bathroom and closet is bigger and nicer than in my house. I got a great deal when I moved in. The staff is always nice. This is what they consider to be business as usual here at Fox Hills. We have even witnessed managers and maintence workers thrown out when they did not agree to lying to residents themselves. We have also seen families locked out, only to lose their possessions when they attempted to fight this management in court. SO SAD!!! Please don't be fooled by the outside appearence---it is misleading---we learned the hard way!!!! Although, the units seem beautiful, they are falling apart from within, mold infests here, scorpions lurk, roaches in walls, and no gate access as promised in the 8 months I have lived here (it has been broken and open everyday but one!) and that is nothing compared to the management staff and how they will take advantage of you!!! And the unit they show you as the model is NOTHING compared to the one you will actually rent-----they mislead you with this too...showing you a beautiful unit and then having you sign the lease, only to find that the unit you have actually rented is a DUMP!!!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! Save your family the heartache and DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE are CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE look elesewhere.... Forget about getting to know your neighbors, people move so frequently because of all of this that you won't have time to know them!!!!
