Review: Apartments are old, not remodeled recently, lack of comodities like dish washer, parking over crowded, no visitors parking, small jacuzzi not working most of the time, poor management (3 changes in less than a year), over market price.

Review: This complex appears charming from the outside and the inside.However once you move in, you quickly realize the drawbacks:LANDLORD IS CHEAP/NOT RESPONSIVE:It will take you several calls to the landlord before you hear back, and even then, they are not likely to fix/solve an issue if it will cost them.HEATING IS CONTROLLED BY ONE APARTMENT:That's right, you don't control your heater.The heater is control my a themostate set in one apartment, and the landlord has the heater on a timer.If only goes on in the mornings and evenings.Too hot for you, too cold, nothing you can do about it.RATS:Rats can frequently be spotted running around the property and the back house is infested with them.POOR PLUMBING:Very poor water pressure, toliet frequently clogs - gotta keep the plunger handy. For some reason the water in the pipes often has a rust color - need to let the water run for a minute when you turn it on, to get the rust color to disappear.These are all things that potential renters are not aware of, and are hard to know about until after you move in.Don't be fooled by the charming complex.

Review: Rodent infestation... Must I have to say more? The rat problem has been a blind issue that hasn't been dealt with for the past year. Lets do the the math...Meaning, if the rats decided to make offsprings there are plenty of em in the building. I know quite a number of tennants have been affected by this issue.
