It's hard to imagine how a place looking so beautiful could be so bad but it is bad here and I mean the worst I've ever seen. I have seen thughs hanging outside, smoking weed and drinking beer in daylight. Some of my neighbors garage got broken into. Someone got shot here three days ago and police were here looking into the trash cans and asking people if they seen or heard anything.Maintance do not doo good work, they half fix things and you might have to call them back two or more times before they fix it right. The rent is to high for the violence here but it does stay looking nice. That's what confuses me they spend alot of money on keeping the outside of our apartments looking good but do mess up work inside your apartment and seem not to beable to control the violence here. We even have to pay a city sewage cost of around $24. It comes on your electric bill and you have to pay it or they will shut off your electricity. I never had to pay sewage cost at any other apartment that I've lived in.Normally you pay that when you live in a house not an apartment.
