Review: The Waterford complex is a beautiful complex with great ammenties, the main reason we moved there. However, there service is horrible. We had to call for a month to get someone from maintenance to come and fix the leak under our sink and when they did come they didn't fix it and had to come back. When it came time to renew our lease they did not give us enough time to make a decision on whether to stay. Our new lease options were presented to us on the day that we had to give our 30-day notice if we wanted to leave. How can someone make a decision if they can afford the rent increase if you only give them one day??? The last straw come once we moved out. We have still not received our deposit which is due within 21 days under California law. They have yet to respond to us. Everytime we call they agree that the law says that they must return our deposit within 21 days but have no explanation and tells us they will get back to us, no response yet. We feel it is unacceptable for an organization this large to not respond when they are clearly in the wrong. It sure would be nice to have the $2,000 deposit back.They only nice thing I can say about this complex is how beautiful and convenient it is. To bad the service is horrible!

Review: well the apartment seems to be loogking good and once u move in the noise u get frm the neighbours is unbearable.....the archestone staffs r real rude and dont have the manners of talking to the residence when they go to meet them,for complaining r renewal...they make u wait for 15 mins and then come when u say u want to talk abt the renewal the manager dont even come out to speak to u she just sits her chair and make us stand out and reply by her seat....when u forst move in they r all smiling and welcomes u but when u go in there 2nd time for renewal they r so rude and their face looks like they r not interested in talking to u...also they tend to raise their rent anywhere frm 100 to 200 dollars as they feel like and will not negotiate when u go there....overall the staff in Archestone Emerald park dublin really sucks....all u want to do is just move out....The assiant manager erin is terrible in dealing with tenants.......so guys dont fall for them when they give u all move in specials by next lease the rent will be hiked .....

Review: Hey guys,I wud highly not recommend this property for u to live in.....They got loads of flaws and yet they call themselves luxury apartments...parking lot is always filled with water,unless u make 2 calls the maintence ppl wud never come in....above allManager Delmy and Assiant Manager Erin both r real bitches and father fuckers....they donno how to talk to the tenants....they dont even come out to talk and there is one of this chinese leasing associate she is an real dumb ass....they have increased my rent frm 1550 to 1730 without no reason...and they say market is up..where as there r lots of apartments open....still they say it has hiked up when we went to talk to them ,they said well if u r not able to afford our rent u guys better go for cheaper one where u could afford is this the way to talk tenants..how rude....will they ever able to digest the food if they hurt ppls heart....so now u know Y DELMY and ERINrBITCHES AND FATHER FUCKERS.....I HATE THIS PLACE...THEY CHEAT AND U KNOW WUT ARCHESTONE SMITH HAS BEEN FILED LAWSUIT FOR HIS FRAUD ....BEWARE OF ARCHESTONE EMERALD DUBLIN GUYS....ERIN U R TRULY A FATHER FUCKER.... AND SO DELMY A REAL BITCH R WHORE.....
