When I moved out they had switched so many companies and the one in now is horrible. Make sure you take pictures when you move out and get everything in writing when moving in and out. They will try to keep most if not all of your deposits. Get receipts for cleaning if you have the place cleaned yourself because they will try to tell you they had to clean and shampoo carpets even though you had it done and they charge 3 times the going rate. I would never refer anyone to this apartment.
