Review: The employees that work at waterford are not so nice and helpful.I was not being help when visiting the first time.I have to come back and the lady give me an attitude while I ask for price.She felt that I might not be able to pay for the apartment.I think waterford need better worker in order to keep their business running better in the years to come.Also so residents are not too welcoming and polite.I just hope for better attitude and a more friendly enviroment.I have seen that many of them tired being nice when they needed residents but as resident move in and become a resident the employee don't seem to want to help with their needs.... Lets hope for better as the year comes.

Review: I just moved into Baywood and I love it. Both My Aunt and Uncle live here. They just got new pool furnature for the summer. Doug in the office has been very nice to Us. My unit is upstairs and has valted ceilings its large and roomy. If you are looking for a nice place in Hayward go see Doug.

Review: To be honest, I really did like my apartment. I was lucky that i had a nice view and my balcony was hidden with trees so I had some privacy. My next door neighbor was rarely home so I never heard him, but my neighbors downstairs...that was a different story. Can you believe there was a family of 5 living in the smallest one bedroom apartment? It's not like management didn't know because he was also the maintenance guy. On my days off all I heard was the screaming of 3 young kids and Salsa or Mariachi music all day. There's absolutely no free spaces to park in after 5pm so I had to purchase an extra spot for $50. Besides the fact that I had to pay for an extra spot, I always had a maintenance golf cart in my main parking spot....should I have purchased a 3rd spot entirely for them? My husbands car was broken into several times right in front of our apartment...while the security guy was parked (probably sleeping) in front of the office. It's not like they patrol around. There's no a/c....so be prepared for some uncomfortable humidity in the summer, and the sinks are constantly backing up and it takes them a week to get to it (and remember, I lived right above the maintenance buy).other than that, the place offers several pools and spas and a nice health club that I used regularly. So if you have 1 car and get an apartment in a good location I'm sure that you'll enjoy this apartment.

Review: We moved here to be close to BART and Cal State East Bay, and we got that.The complex is nice -- gated, nice floorplans, garages, washer/dryer.Maintainance isn't great, but it's not the worst.Apartments aren't new, but are comfortable.The big problem is the area outside the gates.I don't feel safe here -- the nightly sirens and the occassional gunshots, police helicopers, and broken glass on the street add up.
