Review: I thought this was a decent apartment complex.The staff was courteous and friendly, the facilities (pool, laundry, parking, offices) were clean and tidy.The apartments were reasonably priced and had decent space.

Review: I loved my apartment here--it was gorgeous. I had a great view of the mountains on a clear day, too! The pool was beautiful and I was very happy here--til they raised the rent ****$325 PER MONTH!!!!!!!!**** ($1375 to $1700)Yes, you read that right. Never before or since have I been subject to such an increase. I moved out. I now pay $1400 and have a beautiful 2 BR guest home with a garage and am in a much cooler area (Belmont Shore). Their loss!I would recommend this place if you have lots of money to spend--its a nice place but very pricey for Long Beach.

Review: I lived at Villa Redondo and they had an extremly bad mouse problem. They were every where, and management was very rude about fixing the problem.

Review: This apartment has the charm and they have done a lot of work on the inside to make it fell like their worth the price.The good:1.Beautiful inside very art deco2. Close to downtown longbeach3.Allow petsThe bad:1.Way overpriced 1250-1650 for one bedrooms2.Parking is one block away and was told it was right across the street3.Crack motel behind the apartments4.Bum sleeping on the porch next to the apartments5.apartments literally across the street are cheaper6.Have to be very selective on which streets you walk on at night7.Cars has been bumped twice while parking on the street.8.They lied about having a business center which in reality is their office which they never let you have access to9.Murder on the other side of the block one month living here10.Bums hit you up all the time at the grocery store11.Very noisy 1st street busses pass at six in the morning.I asked all thesed questions above if these would be a problem and they told me that none of it was a problemOverall was one of the worst places I have lived in for the last 12 years.
