Review: The apartments here are not well maintained. All the appliances are 10 plus years old. The windows are all old and need new seals. Bugs are a VERY big issues as well. There are only 6 washers and 6 dryers for all 250 tenets. I am trying to get out of my lease and I have only been here 2 months!! People throw parties and leave their trash in the parking lot and people do not watch their children. three cars ahve been hit in the past month!!!

Review: Overall my experience at Jefferson Place was ok. But in the time I lived there I had several great irritations that had to do mostly with the management.When something needed to be fixed, such as a toilet or sink, it generally took about 5 days before someone would show up to fix it. Review: Employees in the apartment office range from friendly and helpful to snotty or indifferent. They are usually not very helpful. Each building has just two washing machines for 24 apartments, so you usually have to fight with your neighbors for use of the washing machines and dryers.There is a pond on the property that is covered in pond scum. A large flock of Canadian geese live there year-round, and the entire property is covered in droppings at least part of the year. We counted 30 more baby geese born just this spring.Some of the neighbors are noisy, partying late at night, listening to their stereos at high volume, friends coming and going at all hours with their stereos going full blast, dogs left on the balconies to bark for hours, etc.We have had major problems with insect infestation, such as silverfish, beetles, and spiders. The only effective way to treat for bugs is putting insecticide powder in the attic. When we had the exterminator out to leave the powder in the attic, everything in the closet and the rest of the room was covered in insecticide powder. We called the office to complain and the property manager was very defensive about it, basically calling me a liar.The office is open limited hours and is usually closed by the time we arrive home from work. This means that we can't pick up any packages delivered during the week, we have to wait until Saturday. They will leave a note on your door demanding that you pick up your package if it's left more than a couple of days, but they won't bring the package itself to your door. Very unhelpful.

Review: Wingfield Apartments has poor maintenence & grounds keeping,poor parking lot lighting and has not had consistant staff in the office in the entire 2 almost 3 years i have lived there, meaning there is a different manager everytime I turn around. They will call you to invite you to movie night for tenants where they serve pop and popcorn and show a movie which i would much rather do at home, but they don't call you back or come over when you have a maintence issue!!

Review: I strongly recommend this community.Not only is the staff professional, up beat and on the ball, the apartment price was a steal.I do not believe that this apartment complex is "Corporate" owned, in fact...I think its an individual owner, therfore, everything is not black or white.They work with everyone to help them make the moving process as easy as possible.I can not say enough great things about this community.

Review: I had the opportunity to tour the Marquis of Lakeside apartment as a potential residence, from the time that I walked in the door to the leasing office, presented my id and viewed a two bedroom apartment was approximately 7 mins.The leasing agant did not show a interest in actually showing the apartment to me and my party.There were no history of the complex, what ammenties that the complex offered, I was made to feellike it was due to my race for the lack of attention or her poor customer service.this is a strong sign that if I was to become a resident then the management will be poor. Just is a word of the wise if you are non white that ou may not get the justice that you deservel.
