There are drug dealers and convicts living there. They throw massive parties that last until morning OUTSIDE. The door in my apartment didn't seal, so it sounded like people were in my apartment instead of outside. The manager/owner doesn't seem to care what is going on. I made multiple complaints with no resolution. There is nobody onsite to watch the place. The actual apartment was ok, and maintenence issues were cleared up quickly. Oh yea, parking is awful.
