For the most it was...but there were many problems. I didnt have too many problems with safety until near the end of my lease. The pet area is extremly poorly lit and right near the dumpster. There were people that were occupying my dumpster and would jump out when I would walk my pet. Maintainance problems were taken care of quickly and the staff was very friendly. Another problem that they have is the bugs!! I had an infestation in my apartment...which was hard to tackle. The office had just claimed that it is part of "the time of year" and that it shall pass. Their suggestion was to tape my doors shut.
