Review: We're moving in a month.I'd rather not, because I like the layout of the apartment and I hate moving.But the policies of this complex simply make me think they don't deserve my rent!Getting anything fixed is next to impossible.I have to call twice on everything--I almost always get told

Review: Certainly not the safest place to live, with certainly not the best of residents.It's a HUGE complex and they don't care who their residents are...they just want to fill them up!I would look elsewhere.There are certainly other apartments in the area for cheaper-or as much-with a MUCH better quality of living.Not to mention the office ladies are not the nicest and not the most accommodating!

Review: Churchill Place Apartments is the best place to live on the North West side of Grand Rapids.Hidden off Alpine, extremely quite, spacious surrondings. The apartment backs up to a farm so there no outside noise.Apartments are very big, look brand new! Staff was wonderful, maintenance quick and always fixed problems that day. The apartments have a spacious gargage, a very hard to find feature!! For the workout fanatic, Churchill has a great workout room within the club house, you never have to wait to use a machine. I absolutely loved this apartment complex, I would not have moved, but I bought a condo.I would definately recommend this to anyone in the area.
