Not sound proof what so ever. Management is rude. Crappy flooring. Thats happened to me twice, i even asked if they would call please, and they tell me yes, but never do.. I had to sign someone off my lease and they keep loosing the new lease so i've re-signed the lease 3 times now, and they just called me to come back and sign it again. They give out personal information to basicily anyone who asks for it.. The door handles and locks have broken on 3 of the 4 doors, garbage disposal broken 2 (i never use it either). The paint just dissengrates in the bathroom because they are so small and the steam practicly peels the pain away......
